Complaints

  1. WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE TAKEN?
    • Complaints will be taken is a complaint that meets the following criteria:

      i.Have the name and address of the complainant,address complaints,phone number of complainant (if any), the facts clearly and dates.
      ii.Complaints relating to the operation of the Municipal Council Manjung
      iii.Complaints relating to staff and Council departments Manjung
      iv.Complaint unfounded
