  1. The Assessment Tax bills will be issued by 15 January (the first 1/2 year) and July 15 (the second 1/2 year).
  2. Ensure that holders who have been issued a Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) / Notification Notice of Certificates of Occupation Certificate of Occupation by the Building / OS Department are ready to be evaluated within the period not exceeding the following half-year.
  3. Validation and approval of the Valuation List shall be effected within 35 working days after being registered in the Assessment List.
  4. Submission of Notice Amendment of the Valuation List to holders is sent within 30 days before the date of amending the tax.
  5. Any objections that meet the requirements of Section 142 of the Local Government Act 1976 will be heard within 60 days from the date of amending and inform the decision of the objection 7 days after the hearing.
  6. Ensure the Transfer application in the Assessment List is processed within 14 working days from the date the application is received, if the information is complete.
  7. Ensure that the Official Search application is processed within 7 working days from the date the application is received.
  8. Ensure that the Application for Vacancy Allowance is processed within 30 working days after the expiration of the claim period is fulfilled and complies with Section 162 of the Local Government Act 1976.
  9. Ensure the change of Assessment Tax Telephone Postal Address is processed within 5 working days.
  10. Provide written answers to public inquiries / complaints regarding assessments processed within 14 working days from date of receipt of the letter.
  11. Revaluation is made once every five years depending on the approval of the State Authority pursuant to Section 137 (3) of Act 171.
  12. Ensure the issuance of Form E is issued on 1st March for the first term and 1 september for the second term (Section 147 & 148 of Act 171)
  13. Ensure that withdrawal of form F is issued after the expiration of 15 days of form E is posted or submitted.
  14. Ensure seizure of movable property is exercised after 7 days working form F is submitted.
  15. Ensure public auctions are conducted within 60 days after completion of form F.
